A perfect Japanese condiment
I tried other nori tsukudani (seaweed pastes) assuming I'd get an idea of what Gohan Desuyo is like, because it's surprisingly hard to find here in the US. I finally ordered some and WOW... it is AMAZING. It is sweet, savory, umami all in one. I want to put it on everything!!
