The Hada Labo Anti Aging Cream itself feels rich and absorbs well with no fragrance. However, my order arrived with damaged packaging and no protective bubble wrap inside the FedEx box. The outer carton was likely opened during customs inspection and cream appeared to be missing from the jar ( images were shared with the customer service team ) Had to discard the box but kept the product. Would order again if shipping/packaging improves and I’m partially refunded for this shortcoming .
