Ce produit est un bonbon traditionnel japonais appelé konpeito. Ces bonbons sont fabriqués à partir de sirop de sucre et du miel est également ajouté pour donner une saveur unique.
Le Konpeito est un petit morceau de sucre enrobé à plusieurs reprises de sirop à base de sucre. Pour produire ce snack, les morceaux de sucre sont chauffés lentement dans une grande marmite rotative inclinée appelée « dora » et en appliquant le sirop goutte à goutte, ils finissent par se transformer en une boule dotée de plusieurs dents cornues.
Profitez de la saveur légèrement sucrée du sucre et de l'arôme du miel. Vous pouvez également savourer cette collation en l'ajoutant au thé, au café, au yaourt nature ou à la crème glacée.

My sister and I wanted to try the konpeito for the first time and it was so nice! I really liked it as a nice snack. while it is a sugary snack it wasn't overly sweet and very nice!
