Chaque comprimé contient 240 mg de curcuma, dont 50 mg de curcumine.
Consommer deux comprimés par jour avec de l'eau.
Il est suggéré de prendre ces comprimés avant de consommer de l'alcool et après les repas.

You know how alarming this is, but it's the holidays and it was over multiple hours. I tried this supplement as soon as I got it in the mail and popped it right before a big party. It does (at least for me) inhibit the ability to get fully drunk but that's a great thing for enjoying a function and not getting messy.
