I work at a warehouse where I am walking lifting heavy equipment all day for practically 10 hours ( work 12 but I take breaks) I sweat profusely due to the high heat, which causes me to literally drink liters of water. I eat healthy. Yes I may dine out to eat every once in a while, but I eat balanced meals and on my days off I’m at the park with my four year old or playing around the house. I was 185 when I took these because I can’t get rid of the stubborn stomach weight. And I only took with for a week and gained four pounds I don’t know how since I’ve been eating less than normal because these do make you HAVE an appetite I would reach for more water or fruit instead of more food. Very disappointing.
